Ludwig's personal goal is to empower others to make healthy
choices by offering nutritional and herbal education.
Her tools include delicious wholesome foods, herbs, health intuition, and energetic origin work. You set the intention and she facilitates your healing work with an individual approach.
Her personal interests include working with food intolerances, sensitivities, or allergies, digestive issues (celiac, IBS, IBD, colitis, Crohn's, and gluten sensitivity), brain function (mental illness, depression, anxiety, ADD, ADHD, autism), hormonal balance, fibromyalgia, fatigue, nutrient deficiencies, and osteoporosis.
Nancy works with clients in a variety of settings. In addition to face-to-face meetings, she also works over the telephone and by e-mail. She also teaches classes and leads workshops. All work is designed to help people find their own innate wisdom with emphasis on nourishing the body & soul.
Classes & Workshops
Nancy teaches nutrition classes in Salem and Eugene, and on the coast, monthly. This year's topics include: Building Strong Bones (or protecting what you've got), Supporting the Nervous System, Holiday Eating, Supporting Immunity, Greens Glorious Greens, Nourishing Herbs as Foods, Nutritions Convenience Foods--Planning for Busy Times, Is Your Food Making You Sick? (Focusing on food sensitivities), and Antioxidants and Free Radicals--What do I need to know? Nancy will be a guest presenter at Kelly's Cooking School in Salem and offering the same curriculum on the coast started in January--drop-ins are welcome. All classes will be gluten free. Upoming topics include: A World of Gluten Free Grains, Embracing Greens, Nourishing Herbs as Foods, Nutritious Convenience Foods--Planning for Busy Times.

Nancy's Training & Credentials
Nancy Ludwig was trained in nutrition at Penn State University, interned at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center in Chicago, IL, and earned a Master of Science from Oregon State University in Food Science & Technology. Nancy is a registered and licensed dietitian, certified LEAP therapist, and dynamic energetic healing practitioner. She also has a passion for medicinal herbs and brings this into her practice.
